We have enjoyed our two cruises with MSC but found the volume of passengers a little overwhelming. We will look for a smaller ship for our next cruise.

Cruise was tainted by a bad start(sewage in the carpet upon arrival). The cruiseline should have been upfront about our cabin and never have allowed anyone in that cabin in that condition.

ship is fine, staff was wonderful, food was just okay except the Hibachi and steakhouse which we very good

One thing not asked…. made the experience seamless. We’ve used them before and will again.

The ship and cruise was very good, except for not being able to use the Solarium.

This was a great ship. We didn't care for the itinerary but truly enjoyed the ship. Hopefully, they will put a 2nd pool on the Suite Deck on Star of the Seas, as it is definitely needed. The only other thing is the closed off glass doors to the suites cabins - that was a miss in our opinion.

Overall great trip. Expected more from a brand new cruise ship (we usually sail older ships). Didn't seem worth the extra money to us but still had a great time. Not turned off from sailing Carnival in the future, but there were enough significant differences that we would probaby try a different cruise line or go back to Norwegian in the future.

One of the best cruises I have been on. The spa was really great, all of the staff was welcoming.

Would probably not cruise with Carnival for awhile. Bad shows, mediocre food and just disappointed with the whole experience.

Ncl needs to improve on food quality. Food choices needs to be greater, and upgraded

This was our families first cruise. Will try a larger ship with more amenities next cruise.

It was one of the best cruise ever with the family. We had a great time, the people were so nice all over the cruise

Keep doing what your are doing to make your guests feel welcomed. HAD A BLAST!

Our two daughters are both graduating from college this year so we treated them to this cruise. We weren’t sure how they would like it (there are actually people who don’t like cruises). They had a blast. From the bands, to the food to the sun deck and pool,the casino,the entertainment and the bars. The Mojito bar was a particular hit with the girls. The private island was also a hit with all of us.

The Norwegian Sky is a small ship and you feel it. There was not enough staff and way too many passengers. Every place felt crowded. We had a good time but it definitely was not our favorite, and we'll never go on Sky again. Not a big fan of the layout. Not enough to do. Food was blah at best. Drinks were hit or miss IF you could get one. Staff was friendly. Shows were good. Loved Key West!

The cruise was great. Food was a bit average. Not a lot of flavor and mostly a bunch of cheap carbs. Long waits at the bars for drinks. My travel agent, Chasitie Ayers, #39008, was at best, careless; at worst, a thief. I was told as a part of my ‘free at sea’ package, I would receive $100 OBC and because I was Silver Latitude and it was our 40th anniversary, she could give me an additional $100, giving us $200 OBC. We even discussed what we could use the $200 for on the ship. When I tried to use the credit while on the ship, I was told I had zero credit. I then reviewed my email from Chasitie and saw that she had entered the $100 credit and then entered the second $100 as a negative number, canceling out the first $100 OBC. I initially thought this was a data entry error and thought it could easily be corrected. I tried multiple ways to reach out to Chasitie or someone at Delta Cruises and received no help and never a reply from Chasitie to explain or correct this error. I used emails, voicemails, and spoke directly to at least 3 agents and they said they could do nothing. I then felt I had been tricked and that Chasitie entered this on purpose or she would have reached out to me. My family loves cruising and usually will take at least 1 cruise each year. Please know that I will not be using Delta Cruises to book any cruise in the future as I feel that your agent was dishonest and the company was not interested in correcting her mistake. In fact, I am considering canceling my Delta American Express card that I have had since 1993 due to this deception.

I had a great first cruise experience with Carnival. The ship, the food and activities were just okay but the staff on board were phenomenal! They take real good care of you. Shoutout to Kar, our cabin attendant, & James in Destiny Dining for the amazing service!

This was truly a disappointing and very lackluster cruise. I wouldn't exactly say that I'm a master cruiser, but I've been on a few and all on different cruise lines. I had heard good things about Norwegian and was excited for this one. It turned out to be the worst cruise I've been on thus far.

We were traveling with friends and had a great time.

This cruise had great ports but a lot of ups and downs. Unfortunately the downs outweighed the ups for me. I lt turned me off from cruising for a while.
