ship is fine, staff was wonderful, food was just okay except the Hibachi and steakhouse which we very good

It was a mess! No staff directing passengers, computers were not working properly. I though when my paperwork had an arrival time it would be a smooth process...NOT!

besides getting started 30 minutes late, the process ran pretty smoothly. not bad at all.

I was a cruise
