Overall my family had a blast, we enjoyed our excursions. My husband had to visit medical while we were on the cruise and we we were given 4 band aids and 2 packs of antibacterial ointment that didn't have much of nothing in it. The medical facility is a joke. The medical area needs some improvements.

Very disappointed with the availability of the soda dispensers. Only one after hours. The rooms were way too small base on other cruises we took. No omelet station which was disappointing. No late hours eating areas...except for Pizza. The pools were too over crowded. The adult pool was way too small to accommodate the adults in that area. Drinks were way too expensive compared to other cruises. The service in all the areas was great! Getting off the ship was the easiest we have ever experienced. The dinners were the best I have ever had.

I think I’ve been spoiled by your sister line Celebrity-also a little too full for my taste and too many children.

Wonderful week on Allure of the Seas! Absolutely amazing ship with phenomenal shows. I was really excited about Aruba but loved Curaçao so much more! We had a blast!

Beautiful ship. Great, helpful and happy personnel work this ship. They were very excited to be back to cruising and it showed. Delicious food in all of the restaurants, great service with a smile. Only downfall, we came home infected with COVID. Don't understand how it happens when everyone has gotten on with negative test results. Wish Royal Caribbean had an answer to this problem.

Great cruise with plenty to do for the whole Family.

ALLURE OF THE SEAS is AWESOME!!! the Central Park and Boardwalk just makes it so different from others… make sure you watch the Centerpiece Band, the Watershow and ice show… everything was amazing! All 18 of us agree!!!

This trip had a great mixture of ports we had not seen before. Some of the days had odd hours in port, but overall it was a great trip. Coco Cay is everything Royal has advertised and more. You can have a great day without spending a single dollar more than you have already spent.

Everything was excellent, great activities. The staff were very professional and nice.

I generally love cruising, but with this experience I will be flying to my next vacation getaway. It was ok, but way too expensive to not have a great time.

Definitely become a loyal member of Royal Caribbean.

We usually do a lot of ports but this one was only 3 ports and one was cancelled. We enjoyed both of our ports and would have loved to do Curcao but Aruba and Haiti were great. I had such a good time at Haiti I would love to go there again.

First cruise back after pandemic. We didn’t know what to expect. Read reviews, some good, some bad. We were on vacation, we were just glad to be able to cruise. We had the most anxiety prior to the cruise hoping for 4 negative covid test results. After that, we didn’t care much what happened. All the crew members on the ship were amazing. First sea day brunch in the MDR took awhile, but our waiter apologized immensely. Not his fault, we understood. We had nowhere to be, didn’t bother us any. Food was good everywhere we ate. We tried every restaurant we could on the ship. Everything we had was delicious. The shows we attended were great. The only thing that disappointed me was the casino. Maybe better luck next time. Other than that, we had a great time connecting with our kids and spending time together. All the services we received were great.

Ship was almost full but we still enjoyed ourselves. Aruba was beautiful and we really enjoyed Haiti.

This was a very average cruise and won't plan on cruising again for a while. Covid was very much an issue on this cruise and not much was done to encourage mask wearing in crowded venues. Entertainment options at night were limited and the main show - Mama Mia - was cancelled for the week.

Lack of activity. Ship need renovation. Staff fabulous.

Everything was perfect! The ship was beautiful with lots of onboard activities, the food was very good at all the outlets, the crew was over-the-top friendly and a pleasure to be around. We really needed all the laughter, smiles and good times!

Generally, we had a great time. Enjoyed time on ship and things to do. Enjoyed the food. Entertainment could have been better. Cost of drinks and plans seemed a bit high, for what seemed could have been reasonable and still adequate for Carnival to make profit. Was not happy we missed 1 of 4 ports, but understand weather is an unknown factor. Otherwise, generally had a good time.

I just dont like Royals approach. they want to charge you for everything. and they charge so much for drinks just to water them down. food was abysmal

Didn't like that you had to use the phone app. Give us a print out of the days activities! I know you can request one but you shouldn't have to. i understand it is nice to make a calendar of you scheduled activities on your phone but I don't like to have the phone while at the pool. Confusing information: TV would say one thing, announcement another, app another. Should be able to hear the captain's announcemnts in the cabin. Also, better information on the web site - should mirror what is on the app, i.e. there seemed to be more infor on the app with regards to themes for dinners etc.
