This cruise was my first and last. I would like some type of refund considering I paid a lot of money for the cruise, drink package , and WiFi and couldn’t enjoy any of this. Not to mention the boat lost power in the middle of the ocean.

As a senior female cruiser I met many like minded peers but cruise passengers were diverse with lots of young families who were fun to watch and eager to engage me in conversations. One of the things I enjoy about cruising is the feeling of security especially when attending late night events

Good week away but the seas were a bit rough and it wasn't very sunny at all. The ship was full of kids, I guess because it was in December, and even babies were brought to late night entertainment. I love kids but I felt badly for th elittle ones up so past a proper bedtime, being dragged to shows they had no interest in.

Other than the weather it was great. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Overall, cruising probably isn't for our family. The ship was beautiful, service and staff in the Terrazza area of the Venezia were amazing. But the style of traveling wasn't really our thing. Being stuck inside a ship for 8 days without much of a break was just not enjoyable. Since we missed a port and had a shortened visit at another, we had maybe 8 hours total off the ship in not-so-great weather. We were able to make the best of the trip by enjoying shows, music, and specialty dining on board so I wouldn't give the cruise 1 star, but probably 3.5 stars overall.

SHIP ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM IS TERRIBLE IT IS NOT THE SAME AS THE APPLICATION INFO SOMETIMES YOU MESS SOME EVENTS, AND LOST IN UNKNOWN WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN

Was mostly good, ship is really old and it shows, buffet was boring same food.

You guys know (or can anticipate) what the weather conditions will be like during the colder months of the year. Why are the cruiselines so money hungry that they will keep sailing during these bad times? I had a horrible experience with a 33 year old cognitively delayed person who didn't understand the situation with the rough ride, nor did she understand why she couldn't keep her food down, nor does she ever want to go on another cruise in her life! I am so disappointed with CARNIVAL.

During this 8-days cruise we experienced bad weather also a one-time electricity power off, but the Director of the ship, MarkQ was excellent to quickly arrange more activities also calm people down. Overall the crew did whatever they could. It's a good experience for us for our first cruise!

I think we should have been given some cruise credit towards another cruise or on board credit, I'm booked on a cruise leaving out of Miami on the 31 hope you can help me out with some credits if this next experience is like this one I won't be cruising again

Carnival - please re evaluate. The cruise director made the experience as good as he could. The Captain and his staff did GREAT work keeping us safe. The ship is very pretty and COULD be great, but this ship is better served as short duration and maybe even a new adults only class or mature class. The attempt to cram all carnival onto this ship was poorly executed.

Food was delicious and service staff was incredible. The waiters and waitresses were extremely kind and ensured we had a great time. Loved seeing them everyday. The made the cruise even more enjoyable

I had a Wonderful Time on MSC Cruise. I'm plan doing cruise with MSC again.

Overall we enjoyed our cruise. It was in December so it’s not too surprising we caught some stormy weather. I was disappointed that MSC charged extra fees for many things that I think should have been included such as activities or drinks (I understand alcohol is different but coffee and juice throughout the day would have been nice).

Had a wonderful time!!! Husband is hooked for life now! Haha

This was our first and only cruise. MSC cruise food in the buffet is very disgusting!! Not even a dog would eat that food that was prepared. However, the formal dining food was edible but the portion was very small. Some staff members were very warm while others treated us as if we don't matter. I must give them credit for keeping a very clean ship. It was spotless!! They don't notify you that if you eat or drink from the mini bar you will be charged, thank God hubby and I are not gluttonous and we only had a water from there. They don't allow you to bring any irons, curling irons, flat irons etc. They provide laundry service instead of providing a area for customers to iron. We had to use their ironing service because hubby clothing needed to be ironed. It was a big mistake because the pants had two seams and they were still wrinkles in the clothing!! BIG waste of money!!

More adult music on pool deck vs movies, show to be not musical

The ship could use a facelift. Was disappointed on the condition.

It was ok. The balcony room was nice to have. The entertainment was not that great. Coco Cay was really nice.

This was my first cruise a present from my daughter. I really did enjoy the cruise and can not wait for my next one.
