It seems to me like you didn't do your research. If you did, you would have found out that she was only in service 6 months before the COVID shut down in 2019. During her drydock, she was repurposed by Carnival. I'd hardly consider that "showing her age".

Agreed javawoody. I hardly ever eat buffet anymore. I think my last cruise I only had breakfast a couple times there.

How could a ship built in 2018 and launched in 2019 be "really old". Honestly the Oasis class by Royal and the Breakaway class by NCL are even older.
