Good week away but the seas were a bit rough and it wasn't very sunny at all. The ship was full of kids, I guess because it was in December, and even babies were brought to late night entertainment. I love kids but I felt badly for th elittle ones up so past a proper bedtime, being dragged to shows they had no interest in.

Food in the main dining rooms was always excellent-delicious, served at the correct temperature and by friendly. efficient waiters. The buffet food was adequate and it offered a great variety, but it was often quite crowded which made finding a seat difficult. The Starbucks baristas were always speedy in every venue.
Onboard Activities

There was quite a bit to do onboard but unfortunately, there were hundreds of kids on board and those families monopolized the pools and hot tubs.The gym was very clean and there were free stretching classes in the mornings.

Every entertainment offering was wonderful. So many talented performers who sang and danced their hearts out. The comedian/juggler was excellent too.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that the foot of the bed was only about 15 inches from the wall so we had to turn sideways to walk by. It would be quite challenging for a larger person to navigate.
Ship tip
Make your dinner reservation ahead of time. I forgot and was assigned a 5:00 pm slot. Get to entertainment shows early to get a good seat.
Allow plenty of time to get to the drop off point for the ship. We zipped over quickly in our Uber from Lower Manhattant, than sat in the car drop off lane for the ship for almost 45 minutes.
Thanks for an honest review. Pro tip for next time leaving from Cape Liberty, Bayonne... 8:30am until about 11:30am is the busiest time at that port, between previous cruisers waiting for pickup and delivery trucks arriving, as well as those that think getting there ealry will be less stressful. Better to pick an Arrival Time for noon or later, unless you have a reservation for the Key or Casino special lunch, by then the CBP is done processing the international previous cruise passengers, most shuttle & private pickups are done, and the delivery trucks arriving tend to be less frequent.
