Review summary
This was our first and only cruise. MSC cruise food in the buffet is very disgusting!! Not even a dog would eat that food that was prepared. However, the formal dining food was edible but the portion was very small. Some staff members were very warm while others treated us as if we don't matter. I must give them credit for keeping a very clean ship. It was spotless!! They don't notify you that if you eat or drink from the mini bar you will be charged, thank God hubby and I are not gluttonous and we only had a water from there. They don't allow you to bring any irons, curling irons, flat irons etc. They provide laundry service instead of providing a area for customers to iron. We had to use their ironing service because hubby clothing needed to be ironed. It was a big mistake because the pants had two seams and they were still wrinkles in the clothing!! BIG waste of money!!Embarkation
