The individuals who serviced the cruise were EXCELLENT. Polite, friendly, and most accommodating. Food was abundant and tasty, both in the Oceanview Cafe and the Blu Restaurant and Enperian (not sure how to spell) Restaurant, and all restaurant servers were superb in serving me and my friends/family. The cabin "steward" we had was the BEST; anytime we ask for anything, he provided it. The entertainment was so very impressive with the two groups of three who sang being my favorite. Also, the massage I received was just perfect. The excursions were spot on; enjoyed all four with the train ride with its spectacular view being most memorable. "

We will do Alaska cruise again....We liked flying into Anchorage and going Southbound ending in Vancouver. We took a bus to Seattle and toured there for several days before flying home.

After reading our issues with onboard and 40 plus hours on the phone for the 46 days prior to leaving, you can understand that I don't trust NCL. It felt like it was more about Norwegian and we were not important to them. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A COMPLETE BUST!!!!!!

We have been on over eleven cruises. This was the worst due to Covid documentation, port timing, redundancy of main evening entertainment and shortened food venues.

Hit the iceberg. Great compensation. Cruise still good.

This was an enjoyable break from the Covid madness, but the kinks are not quite worked out. my biggest complaint is the use of the dependency of the phone onboard. The main reason I go on cruises is because my phone will not work on board. I have to use it all day at work. I want a vacation to relax and enjoy the quiet time. I did not like having to pull out the phone to look at the menu, to see what is going on, nor trying to check in with each other. Is there any way to go on vacation without the dam phone?

This was my third cruise to Alaska and my first with Royal. I remember why I decided to go Royal...it's the best fleet with amazing staff.

Did not appreciate the skipping of Skagway, the lack of communication from the company and that we got NO compensation.

Will not sail on Quantum of the Seas again. Hoping our trip on Anthem of the Seas in March is a better experience!

Outstanding ship and ports of call. Disappointing main dining room food and service. Buffet was above average on taste and quality and rotated selection daily. Bumper cars were great.

Had a great time, but what made it was being with friends!

It was a very enjoyable cruise! The staff were wonderful and very attentive. The scenery amazing, and endless photo opportunities. Postcard shots galore! There was a variety of activities to keep you entertained.

I enjoyed the relaxing pace if the cruise. We skipped Victoria port, since we arrived so late in the day. Would have been nice to arrive a couple hours earlier.

This is a good trip to see some of the beauty of Alaska. We took our grand children and they enjoyed the sights and also enjoyed the "Fuel" club for teens aged 12 to 17. We enjoyed seeing Vancouver but I would book this cruise from Seattle to avoid the hassle of getting into and out of Canada. The embarkation process was a nightmare with 3 cruise ship in port boarding at the same time and long long lines through the various stages of the embarkation process. The food and entertainment was very good. This is the first time that the cruise Director actually was one of the entertainers--he did a tribute show to Neil Diamond.

Overall, the cruise experience on the Celebrity Eclipse was excellent. The people were friendly and the quality of entertainment was high.

Wonderful cruise, staff were insanely pleasant and kind. I wish we had one more stop.

An Alaskan Cruise is Amazing but even Better with Royal Caribbean! The Service was Excellent. We will be back again!

Nice cruise, beautiful scenery. Beautiful ship and great staff. The port of Seattle is terrible, both outbound and inbound. Why do we register for a designated health check time when they don’t police and allow everyone to enter upon arrival? Rude staff managing taxis, also incompetent. Will never sail from this port again - need to learn from Miami where all expectations are exceeded. Experience is smooth, pleasant and timely.

The cruise was a different experience as the only other cruise I had been on was a tropical one. As a result, the activities to do during the days were a bit cumbersome. We tried to explore the ship but the game/card room didn't have any cards or games and that was a let down. The dinner and breakfast options were delicious, I just wish there were more food options during the late afternoon. The port in Victoria was not long enough to truly explore.
