We were the last cruise of the season and the weather was a bit rainy. It cleared up when we needed it for glacier bay and icy point.

Generally catering to older clientele, Princess cruise impressed me with their service and attentiveness from online to being onboard.

The entire staff was simply amazing the entire cruise. We missed our first excursion, but with safety in mind first due to an unexpected mechanical issue, the Captain gave us plenty of notice and we were compensated with an onboard credit immediately and given an additional credit to use on board for the inconvenience. The greeter at the Windjammer each morning was above and beyond super friendly and greeted us with hand sanitizer while singing joyfully and squirting us with “wishy washy” upon each entrance. The server we had at Chops grill, the managers and everyone we encountered were super nice. Made our dining experience superb. Our last dining experience at Giovanni’s with the server Genevieve from the Philippines was the best by far on the ship. Her personality was exceptional. I was getting a little queezy from the ships motion and she coached me through dinner and even gave us a heart shaped napkin. She did not know it was our 33 wedding anniversary until after we ate. She is a total “gem” to have and her menu suggestions were totally on point for both of us along with her excelllent service with a smile and a sweet little tune as she came by the table to check on us and especially me as I was trying to not think about motion sickness.

Great entertainment, excellent food, courteous and friendly staff, beautiful ports and at sea days.

It was a great first-time cruise experience! There were some bumps along the way, but you just have to roll with it.

The cruise was awesome experience for our first family cruise. While rain was forecast each day, only one day did it hinder us. Temps were a little chilly but bearable. We leaned heavily into walking and experiencing the local flavor in each city. Took a few excursions, both enjoyable. We set up dinner each night at the same time and got to know another couple. Super friendly wait staff. Ronnie and Bryan were excellent royal Caribbean cruise is the way to go.

We did our own plans using AirBnB and booking directly with tour operators for the eight days before our cruise. That went very well. Everything is outrageously priced in Alaska but there are some really great things to see and do.

A once in a lifetime trip, everyone should make this journey

Such amazing scenery and experiences! While being confined to the ship is a bit of a bummer sometimes, the service, food, drink and views along the way make it all worth it!

The reservation was canceled by the onshore team by mistake. We misses the entire sightseeing on Canada trying to deal with this mess. Yet, they made us wait for 4 hours to embark at the port. Meanwhile they resold our mini suite and pit us in the back of the ship, which we hated. We did not have any choice as we were already in Canada. Cancellation was never notified us neither. What we got? $163 refund for a room. Nobody wants to talk to us to address the issue, pointing a finger to each other. It was by far the worst cruise ever. I called the credit card company but they daid that i should not have rejected a trip at the port,or should have agreed on the reimbursement but nobody really wanted to help on that piece. I would not recommend to anyone.

This was one of the best cruises I have been on. Everything was basically perfect!!

Overall the cruise was great, the port in Vancouver was way too much walking i checked my step counter it was 1.62 miles from check-in to ship. Staff were very friendly and helpful. the entertainment was not as good as it has been on prior cruises.

We would take this same cruise again. It was a wonderful experience and has been on our bucket list for many years. It was worth every penny and every moment.

Wonderful trip - we did the suite upgrade and so grateful we did. Amazing service. Food was incredible. We ate at Sabitini's x 1 and Crown Grill x3. YUM. Didn't love the buffet - better on other ships.

We are a group of five people, three of them are from China and two of them from Canada. We had a wonderful time in the cruise!

Alaska is a very beautiful land and it was enjoyable seeing the land and wildlife. Most of the ports were good, but the length of time in a few was too short.

I have been on minute cruises I do believe I’ve been on the radiance before. We had no problems either on or off shift. Your crew is so friendly and helpful. It made our stay wonderful. The wind jammer was clean so that’s great and again the crew was awesome I congratulate you For having so many wonderful, friendly employees one of the gentleman at the coffee bar I don’t know his name he was on the right side of the Windjammer when I went to get coffee he was so friendly and helpful and gave me a hi-fi and wonderful smile, the young man in the back of the Windjammer by the bar his name was Richard was wonderful. He was so helpful and sunny offered to help and bring things all the time. Anyway I had a wonderful time and hope to be able to book another trip.

Beautiful scenery, amazing service, excellent food and we loved the ports. This was our first cruise in 20 years and it did not disappoint. The kids absolutely loved it and had numerous activities and entertainment on board. We would highly recommend this cruise. The staff went out of their way to be amazing!! It was a blast
