Parking at the convention center was a hassle because we had to use the stairs with our luggage and it was raining.

I love Long Beach! Partly because I grew up here haha! But we stayed at the Queen Mary before we boarded the Carnival Splendor and it was super convenient! We literally just walked to the Long Beach Terminal!

Didn’t see anything but the port. The terminal and area around it was ok. Only there for a brief time.

This is was my departing port and return port, I suggest you get to port early, even with online check in. Porters are at curbside, drop off luggage, give tip and on your way. Total amount of check was 20 minutes.
