We had fun, there is a cute little restaurant on the island called ShyKatzs. It is amaizing. They have fabulous desserts, their sandwiches were big and worth the money with generous fries. We want to go back there on our next trip. The Hilton Island Resort was great and the ocean view was gorgeous!

My family and I really love Galveston. There are so many different things to do there and a lot of great restaurants and activities. We usually book a hotel two nights prior to setting sail. Great port!

Entrance to the beach there is 12.00 per car, it is a fun time for the kids.

We went to the beach the day before the cruise... wonderful! It’s brown sand & definitely not blue, clear water... but I grew up going there every summer, so I loved it!

No excursions, I wish they built the port in prettier city’s, such as Padre Island.

Looks like rough part of town but terminal parking will take you and luggage to drop off and back to car
