Review summary

Great ship, exceded my expectations with customer service. It will not be my last cruise with Royal Caribbean.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
This was my first cruise out of Galveston. A relatively easy process but a little disorganized. They gave instructions to the ship staff for the boarding of people needing assistance with wheelchairs but by the time they started the person giving the instructions changed everything. Not the fault of RC.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

The MDR was very good. Our waitstaff learned very fast our preferences in drinks, and seating needs. Thanks Itukut and Isish.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
I was worry about the age of the ship but it is well keep. If you are thinking about cruising on this particular ship you have nothing to worry about.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The cabin size was good for 2 people but the design a little bit weird. They had a chair in a small area and every time you open the bathroom door you hit the door.

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
Not our first time here. This time we decided to stay in the port area to do some shopping.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

4 out of 5
Enjoyed the port, lots of shopping opportunities, got to see the dolphins in the port area and the pool and aviary are fun areas.

Galveston, Texas

We live in Texas but enjoy going to Galveston. Lots to do.
