Everything about it was great except the air was out in both cabins. It was hot. And they were banging on something at 7 am when we were trying to sleep

That ship is older. We loved it when we were on in 2009. Try another ship. We were just on the Carnival Conquest and loved it. Don’t give up . Cruising is the best vacation ever 🏝🛳
