The ship was nice.... the staff for the main dining rooms and My Fair Lady were awesome.
Chops Grill is a waste of money.. expensive and poor quality steaks.. The Casino was a blast and we won our entire cruise money back and more! The shows were good.. comedy. The food at WindJammer and My Fair Lady (Complementary) was awesome! Will go on another cruise next year for sure!

I paid for the deluxe upgrade for food because my family likes seafood. But when we went to Chops Steakhouse we found out that they did not have the Seafood Tower because the inventory wasn't on the ship. I would like a refund for the deluxe upgrade on the food.
However, the complimentary food at WindJammer and at the My Fair Lady was excellent!

Wait Staff were awesome... particularly Martin and Maryann. However, at Chops Grille, Maryann was filling our water when a male waiter came up to her and started yelling at her in front of our table. I realize that it wasn't her area, but she was just being nice to our party since most of our party was Filipino and so is Maryann. She was taking care of my elderly in-laws and did not deserve to be humiliated in front of us. Will never eat at Chops again.. the Filet Mignon is poor grade.

For an older ship, it was clean. However, the maintenance staff was grinding and welding on the outer decks... we couldn't go out there and the odor from the work was putrid! Couldn't stand to be in the Casino for a whole day. They should do this work between sailings.. not when passengers are on board.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was clean and it accomodated our party well. However, the window looking out was so covered in algae that we could barely see out of it... better maintenance is needed.
Ship tip
Have fun and don't eat at Chops Grille ! Waste of money.
It was a great port to visit... however, I wanted a Mexican experience and the shopping area was the same as an American mall... disappointed with that.. But the shore excursions were awesome.
