Best advise I can give? Take a town car to and from Galveston. It's the only way to start and end a vacation, plus you avoid the crowds,.

It was just ok in terms of ease to get to and how congested the terminal area is. Prefersailing put of Florida ports.

We love Galveston but believe the city does not handle the cruise traffic very well at all.

This is very close to our home so we visit it often. Truly a great city to vacation.

The luggage check in area was chaotic and confusing. The Loaders were scrambling for passengers' luggage that it created confusion and that led to us not removing our passport from the bag. Also, when we realized that our passports were in her bags. They didn't show any concern to help retrieve our bags.

Had a scam with our parking but got a reimbursement on our return. Be careful when you purchase on line.

Bus was delayed. It was not clear on itinerary that transportation would start around 10 AM not 7AM to 1PM.

Traffic and parking was difficult during our arrival at 11 am. Heard from others that it is not always difficult to get to luggage drop off. But, it was on our day.
