NYC is a great place to visit but we wouldn't want to live there. We only live a couple hours away.

For some reason this time checking in luggage in New York took hours instead of the usual few minutes we've gotten used to. Once inside the terminal, the process went more smoothly.

This is where I live, I didn't even realize it would be considered a port but I guess so LOL, I took a taxi from Brooklyn so can't say much but I love to getting to see the intrepid on the way home!

Embarkation was smooth. From the port you have a really good view of Manhattan, Brooklyn bridge and Statue of Liberty on your sail away. Nice port all in all.

It was an easy port to find, watch out for the traffic cameras if your not use to driving in the city. We traveled on same day and arrived. The port staff was very nice!

We did excursions on our own. The self guide tour of Grand Central Terminal was educational and entertaining. We saw " Come from Away", A good broadway play. I highly recommend it.The Escape Room NYC was great fun.
