A: PART2....Or drive direct to the rooftop lot @ the port, ask a porter waiting at the elevator for bag drop offs, if they will follow your car & take the luggage from you at the parking spot. There's no guarantee the porter will leave his post, so in a... pinch you would need to be able to wheel your luggage through the lot to the elevator.See More

A: PART1....You could check your luggage w/ the curbside porter at the passenger drop off area, exit the port's private rd. back on to 12th, loop around, then re-enter the private rd to head to the parking area, maybe taking an extra 45-60 minutes of dr... iving in NYC traffic. Just to note you need to reserve the rooftop parking and there is no way to indicate you need an HC spot.See More

A: PART4... Offsite parking is available but the discount you think your getting for parking 3-4 blocks away from the pedestrian entry is tempered by the fact that the per day price is shown without taxes and local fees which are added at the end. Also,... they are valet garages & lots, you leave your keys, & sometimes long-term parking gets moved to another location from your drop off point, if they are a busy daily parking area.See More

A: By taxi (sedan or minivan)figure between $65-95. For XL sized rideshares between $55-175 or for DX $85-200, the big range is due to the prevalence of surge pricing between 6a-11a for commuter traffic. For car service $90-155, depends on sedan or suv/... van. These are per vehicle & include the toll charges and tax but not the tip. Check NCL's offering of a shuttleSee More

Answered by Bdonkey13 on September 7, 2023

A: @kelskazoo22Not sure how long you've been following hotel prices in Brooklyn or other areas of NYC, but all of them are sky high for what you get. But Red Hook Inn is about as close as you can get to the port. I'm flying in the night before my crui... se and hang out at the airport and take the metro/bus to Brooklyn early the next morning. Or depending on how I feel, get a room at the Red Hook Inn that night and walk over to the port the following morning.See More

Answered by Skooby on September 6, 2023

A: It depends on which port you leave from. There are hotels close to the Manhattan cruise port. Even if you are not as close as you want you can Uber or lift.

Answered by seviedebi on September 7, 2023

A: Lodge Red Hook but prepare to pay $$$. We’re finding it less expensive to fly in from Boston early morning than doing hotel. Yes it’s risky but we have a backup just in case!

If you’re leaving from Brooklyn terminal I would suggest Hotel Indigo in Williamsburg BK, an Uber from there will prob run you from $30 to $46 dep on the time of the day you call & the day of the week. Also, the correct address fo... r Bk port terminal is 210 Clinton Wharf. From Manhattan would recommend anything in the mid-town vicinity. Happy Cruising ⚓️🤩🛳️See More

A: I did a Google search and found off-site parking for $14 a day, they got good reviews. Port parking is ridiculous!

Answered by Tinacruises77 on April 9, 2023

A: If you live in the area or within the tri-state area, think about hiring an Uber or Lyft to get you to the terminal and pick you up. Otherwise, it’s $315 plus tax, and it’s probably about the same. I’m hiring a driver coming from CT, and it’s $300 fo... r drop off and pick up. Beats getting to NYC by bus or train (RT), spending the night in a hotel, then getting a cab to the port, then back to the bus or train station after the cruise (approx. $650). That $315 plus tax for parking is looking a lot better.See More
