You will need a whole day to do justice to The Sawgrass Mills Mall. This mega mall has over 300 stores and two food courts. Anything you need, you will find here. We spwent the better part of a day here.

Spend a day exploring Los Olas avenue, $14 taxi ride, and the beautiful 8 mile long white sand beach. You've already paid you air to get here. Another great experience is the "water taxi" that cruises the canals here, stopping a bars and restaurants. Quite an easy way to dine, shop and see Fort Lauderdale. Why not visit one of the most scenic of all Florida cities? And cabs are inexpensive. No need for guided tour.

Beautiful arriving there in the early morning on the last day. We did a disembarkation tour of Flamingo Park and the Everglades which passed the time may ore than adequately until our flight.

The port is easy to reach if you're staying overnight at a nearby hotel (some have shuttles, and the taxis are inexpensive). It's well laid-out to accommodate throngs, but the area is also beautiful.

We did the Everglades air boat excursion, and it was thoroughly impressive. We had a great time!

We love Ft. Lauderdale. It’s a clean city, nice beach and the water taxis are easy to use and enjoyable. We had a great stay and wonderful meals.
