Day we were there it was rainy and cloudy so not ideal for sightseeing. We did see Butchart Gardens, which were beautiful, even in the rain.

Not much time here, and it seems like a bit of an afterthought.

Went wandering off by ourselves, fun day. Good to be able to do things at your own pace.

We did the bus tour for about an hour and a half and it was not acceptable. For $60 we should’ve been able to stop and look at some things or take some pictures. Not happy with this at all.

Princess doesn't really do this city justice by arriving in the early evening with only a few hours to see the sights. We toured at night and missed so many view-stops because it was so dark. The city is clean and appealing, though.

Don't take the Victoria Highlights tour unless you like being trapped in a bus for nearly two hours.
