Parking at the cruise terminal is very convenient, although it costs $140 for the week.

Fun city to visit. We even stayed two extra nights before flying home.

We had a great time in New Orleans. Our stay at The Old Number 77 Hotel was great. We had a 7pm curfew Saturday night that was lifted by 8pm due to hurricane Nate. We were still able to dine well and the staff at the Compere Lapin were extraordinary.

I live in Baton Rouge so we drove straight home upon arrival; however, New Orleans is a great place to eat and drink.

Dirty, gritty, grimy city...yuck! Very over-rated

We are from Louisiana so we have been to New Orleans many times. We live about 2 and a half hours away so we drove in the morning of the day we were sailing out.

Spent a couple of days in New Orleans & had a ball. Have to do the Segway tour when you are there as it was great!

After visiting New Orleans, I am personally not a fan. Will definitely be booking a cruise out of a different port next time.
