Felt guilty giving tips for photos of exotic animals that probably wouldn’t live due to their treatment, but did anyway and have amazing photos.

A touristy little village. We did take a ride in a private little boat into some of the tiny tributaries and that was well worth it.

My husband went off on their, rented a little boat, for five dollars and gave him ten. Ian enjoyed the wildlife. Several people said it,was their best stop. I don’t like to see sloths, parrots and iguana on leashes being exploited for cash, nor to see the children taught to essentially beg for money. But I could be wrong, this is how they survive.

It was like a human zoo plus mistreated animals. Only cute kids were allowed out, and all begged for money. We stayed aboard; those who visited were appalled. This needs to be boycotted.
