9 Reykjavik Port Reviews

This port of call was the main reason we chose this itinerary . We took the circle tour excursion and would highly recommend it. We got to see many of the highlights of Iceland in just one day. Multiple days here would be nice as there is so much to see. Wonderful time and highlight of the trip.

Interesting port of call - visit the cathedral and walk along the water front. Plenty of interesting excusuions on offer here most notably the Golden Circle and the Blue Lagoon.

Free shuttle bus to a shuttle bus to town (yes really!). Met a tour host who knew a lot about pseudo craters, went to the Blue Lagoon which was lovely and pricey but wanted to do it. Arrived early too due to med-evac required so they organised some evening tours which got me out of black tie night.

If you enjoy horseback riding take the tour, Iceland on Horseback. You will see plenty of the countryside on an Icelandic horse - not to be missed by those who enjo0y horseback riding. You will see scenic farmlands accompanied by an expert rider. It is all done at an easy pace. Tour lasts 2 1/2
