The boarding process for the excursion was very disorganized and the Holland staff (Lammy) was not helpful. I ended up getting out of line to help a few people with disabilities get on the bus. Not good. The excursion we took was wonderful.

We took the “Costa Rica by Rail and Canal” trip organised by TUI. Good coach transport, interesting guide. Enjoyed seeing howler monkeys, spider monkeys, sloths, baby crocodile and butterflies.

We booked an excursion after getting off the ship , sorry I dont know the name of the company but the people selling them at the dock were all wearing yellow vests and wearing pith helmets.
