The port terminal has an amazing zoo you can walk through for free. The shopping is good and very reasonably priced.

This was a bad experience. Industrial port. Took the Hop on Hop Off and there was not enough time in port. People in the city were constantly harassing you to buy things and were in your face. Traffic was horrific and we were late from our excursion back to the boat. Luckily it was a guaranteed return trip through Princess and they waited for our group plus other.

Better then expected, would go back actually. Was curious due to past reputation, but was fine.

As in Jamaica, a lot of misinformation. We only used US dollars, unlike research that said you had to change money at ATM. Instead of paying $20 each way to go to the old walled city, we paid $15 round trip by walking outside of the gates. We were told it was a 2 block walk to taxi outside, it was literally right outside. Another fear tactic. It's a disgrace how the people inside the gate (and Princess) use scare tactics to get people to use their highly over-priced services.

This was the only port that was a little disappointing. Very congested and one bus broke down which caused some delays and took away from our ability to explore.

Took an historic tour to the fort and old city. Delightful but skip the gruesome presentation in the Inquisition museum
