made reservations for hop on hop of bus which was a 'no show' at the cruise port, was told they were further down the road, after wasting 2 hours looking for them we opted for another tour from a salesman offering a van and walking tour of the old city

Tour was great but we were left in an area for shopping. The sales people were like vultures.

As with any port, we did not have a lot of time to explore. We went on a canoe ride and were slightly disappointed. Our guide and the canoe guides were wonderful but we did not see any wildlife that was mentioned in the excursion booklet.

Aggressive vendors, but a lovely city. The tour we took was shown as "easy" and it really required quite a bit of walking. For those of us with mobility issues, it was a little hard with all the walking. But the old city was beautiful and the tour guide was great! Jose Villa Jr.

Port was ok. Locals trying to sell are annoying and had to be told multiple times to back off. Took the hop on hop off bus which given the limited amount of time gave a good sense of the city.

Arranged our own tour after getting off the ship. Vehicle didn't have adequate air causing discomfort for all passengers. Different prices quoted for different passengers.

Clean! Not much to see right at the port. Did the Hop On Hop Off bus. Enjoy seeing the Old Walled City. Did not do the Castillo de San Felipe de Barajas because of it would have been to hard for my husband to walk to the top. Getting back to the ship was a nightmare as there was an accident and they had to take us on a different route. It was very warm and there was no air conditioning. We barely made it back to the port in time before it was scheduled to leave. Lots of pushy vendors in the Old Walled City.

Horse and carriage ride. Great shore excursion. I’m happy I didn’t walk the tour. Lots of interesting sights.
