Went on carnivals tubing and lunch excursion. The bus ride what's a little rough but we had a great time.

Only take a ship excursion!Not really safe to venture out past the gates. If you can, wait for Harvest Caye so you have a ships island to spend your day.

Take an excursion away from the city. The port area is very cramped and the city itself is not very clean or appealing.

Did not take an excursion here and we did not walk around much as the locals do not leave you be.

did the Mayan Ruins, the weather was bad so we weren't able to climb so ruins because it was slippery. Long bus ride but the Tour Guide was informative and so funny which mad a trip bearable.

The port area is better than it was a few years ago but more work is still needed. We did an excursion to Lamanai to tour Mayan ruins. I highly recommend this excursion.
