We did another beach club excursion. This port will eventually get overrun with commercial tourist spots, right now it's still an authentic Mexican town. We were the first tourists to go to this new beach club. The food they served was excellent and very authentic. They could use some small side tables by the loungers as there is no place to set your drink. They need to clear out all the stickers from the vegetation.

Wouldn't reccomend this port to anyone. There was a foul odor all over town, smelled of trash. Very dirty town and beach. The people of this town were very, very poor and were begging to the point of being rude if you did not give them money.

don't miss the Mayan ruins but don't waist your time to visit Merida. Waters are murky because of shallow waters

We went to Cichen Itza. They don't let you walk the monuments anymore.
