Those in our party who went to the beach reported that they were overwhelmed by people trying to sell them something. There is a lot of poverty that is not visible from the ship--as in Caribbean countries.

Ugly port. Should offer a shuttle to old town so you dont have to use crooked taxi drivers. Especially ehen you dont speak Spainish.

We got off the Ship and walk around some of the shops at the port, didn't go into town.
