You will have to be transferred from the ship to the port via a tender. Leave without food from the ship, your bag will be checked and it delays the lines when you are carrying food, especially fruits. The marina host places to eat, drink, and be merry. Yes, it has a Mr. Frog, you will sit it on your way in. If you like shopping, the marina area host silver shops, tee shirt and other tourist goods. Before buying try the market which offers a density of goods and be ready to negotiate a good price. It is best to compare. Otherwise you may be sorry within a few minutes when you spy a better deal or a better design on a tee shirt or jacket. Same advice for all ports. Try visiting the town shops a short walk from the marina area. We didn’t have time to explore but we wished we had. The best part of our trip was a visit to lands end ant the arch. We saw a humpback whale on our way back and a deal jump on the back of a yacht. The bus ride to the cathedral featured a lovely church with a great bakery across the street. The last stop an overlook of the city with a beverage was the low point in our excursion.Especially when the bus brokedown. Otherwise a fine outing at this port.

Shore excursion (Aqua Trio) was not at all as described. We did not get to use the power snorkels or stand up paddle boards at all. We had to get on the kayak ourselves and staff did not seem willing to help. Staff did not provide a tour (as described in the book) or even offer to show us how to use the kayak. Struggled with the kayak around the board for about 5-10 minutes before being told to get back in the boat because it was time to leave. Terrible experience.

It took three hours to debark by tender. We just had time to visit El Senor frog and a couple of pharmacies Before Sunset. Did not get to do an Excursion.

Lovely place. Here we did the camel ride on the beach with lunch. This was a lot of fun and our tour guide was funny and knew lots of facts. However, due to problems getting off the ship, our tour started late so we were rushed at the end. Instead of getting an hr to eat their delicious lunch we were rushed and only got 15 mins. This of course was not their fault but was a little disappointing for us.

Omg, the water was beautiful, we didn't do any excursions from here, but did take a water taxi and he showed us around. Absolutely beautiful, and next time we plan to swim in the beautiful water.

We went whale watching through carnival. Once it was over we walked to Medano Beach and had lunch at the Mango Deck. When it was time to leave, we grabbed a water taxi and headed back to the ship.

Cabo is the same way as we seen in the past. Beautiful beaches, cute little shops.
