Very disappointing. The food was mediocre past the service tolerable, the ships passage ways and rooms narrow the dining rooms crowded. It took three hours to debark by tender in Cabo San Lucas.

Core. Waited forever for a wheelchair, finally hobbled on board alone.

Food and Dining
2 out of 5
Dining room was crowded together, and food was on par with carnival at best. The buffet bordered on edible but just barely. Room service selection was minimal and food quality poor. Most food was Bland to tasteless. The Medallion ordering locked up on the first order and never worked again.
Horizon Court

Food was barely edible, tough, and tasteless. Choices were sparse especially in the desert area. Avoid if at all possible, although it's one of your few choices for lunch.

Entertainment

The comedian and the main theater movie was good. The selections on the room television were minimal and the section selections very poor.
Service and Staff

We had to call 4 turndown service twice and to have our empty ice bucket refilled once. They took away the wine glasses that we brought to our cabin, even though they still had wine in them.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Everything was clean and new, but tiny and cramped.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
it was clean and comfortable but the beds were tiny and the balcony very narrow.
Roads are being torn up and rerouted and it was very difficult even with a GPS to find the ship. It took 15 minutes to get through the gate into the parking lot.
It took three hours to debark by tender. We just had time to visit El Senor frog and a couple of pharmacies Before Sunset. Did not get to do an Excursion.
We cruised right into the parking lot and on to the ship. Food has been better than Carnival although the current menu is another degrade from two years ago. We have found that wheelchair service from the port is slow, limited number of pushers and chairs, leaving is usually faster since it is staged. Overall better entertainment than recent Princess trips.
