The port is gorgeous. There are water taxis available all over the place, and they’re WAY cheaper than it is through the cruise line or excursion brokers. We got a 45-minute tour plus a ride to our lunch location for $10/ea.

If you are doing a tour off the ship, make sure to negotiate the price as a total package. If you do not you will get charged more at every gate.

Interesting tour of the glass factory. Very nice & brief display of the glass blowing process and adding color.

We went on the half-day excursion to Casa Dorada resort. Hung out on the beach, ate a fabulous brunch and swam in the pool. It was delightful.
