After hearing so much about Venice, I was a wee bit disappointed, though I have to say it has so much history it's hard to say anything bad. We toured a Murano glass factory, but couldn't afford to buy much of anything. Prices were out of sight.

Loved Venice. Went on Gondola ride (awesome); went to St. Mark's Square (awesome); went to Murano and Burano (awesome)

Gondole is amazing. Does not run during late nights. Took a day ride. Best ever.

Fantastic transfer to airport by Norwegian, time wise, got an earlier flight. Loved it.

My husbands favorite. Easy to do on your own, except for the gondolas which can take advantage of you if you don't book through the cruise. Panoramic view of Venice is not necessary if you take any other tour as they boat you everywhere and point out significant sights on the way.

We did not spend any time in Venice only to get on and off the ship. Very disappointing!
