The Tallinn City Highlights tour was very interesting on a comfortable bus. We were able to take photos at several interesting sights.

We did this on our own, so don't know if we got to see the "must see" points, but we thoroughly enjoyed it anyway; we liked being able to walk to the town and then back to the ship; we didn't eat there.
