Review summary

The cruise wasn't full yet we often had trouble finding a table in the non-assigned dining areas of the ship. The ship entertainers were okay-- The ship was very clean and comfortable.

Salads weren't always the freshest, the beef was just average cuts. The deserts were generally very good--but nothing particularly original was offered.

The shows from outside performers were very good--as were the some of the performers in the smaller venues.

Service and Staff

The serving staff was excellent and the room attendants were always freindly. Requests for guest support tended to have long lines. As did getting into and out of the ship at ports and our ship was only 80% full.

Very surprised not to have conditioner or lotions available in our room? All of the comparable lines provide them free of charge.

Not much to see and very expensive. Bus driver got lost just shuttling us into town.

Great city to visit--but I wouldn't want to live there!! Souvenirs in Russia were reasonable and they gladly took any type of currency. Generous vodka tastings wherever it was sold.

Don't Miss: Don't miss the Hermitage museum or the Folklore Dancing. Weird right--but the old-time Russian dancing was really fun and well done!
