Loved town and people. Very clean with lots of history. Enjoyed every minute. When we were coming into port there was a school of dolphins on the port side. Very good experience.

This is an environmentally-friendly island, and dairy farming is a huge part of their economy. While very foggy and rainy on our full day there, the morning we left cleared off to reveal a verdant and dramatic topography.

Really liked Ponta Delgada. We did our own walking tour of this town, which was very enjoyable and within easy access of the dock.

We took a taxi both on this trip and on a previous trip and found it to be perfect for us. We got to see so much more and for far less the expense.

Wine tasting? So disappointed. We went to a hotel with many many wines and lots of cheese, breads and crackers. There was no explanation of the wines. We just ate and drank. I was thinking / expecting to experience a vineyard

I loved the products made of cork. I bought a purse made of cork. After leaving the Azores, I wished I had bought more products made from cork.

Loved our time on this beautiful island. Did a bus tour through NCL botanical gardens, hot springs, tea factory, beautiful little town. Fantastic day.
