NCL tour, couldn't get near the castle we were to visit as there was over 1000 people there for a Harry Potter event. Took a ride to town and dropped of (short guided tour around a block). This was an expensive ride as all that it seemed like.

We did an excursion to the caves and pearl factory. It was just okay -- the caves were interesting but underwhelming (Others we spoke to did bike tours which they loved).

Our one big complaint about all ports is that the boat often docks very far away from the city center and there are not clear instructions on how to get to the city nor are maps provided. Thankfully, I had sone a bunch of research on each port to figure out what there was to do and see and brought maps for most of the ports with me. In Palma, we sort of lucked out by accident and decided to get around by bike because the lines for the local buses/taxis were super long. This worked out really well and we def enjoyed ourselves!

We tore a page out of the cruise ship excursion Book hired a taxi had them take us to the same beach had a fantastic time it was beautiful we ate at the restaurant we swim in the pool at the resort next-door it was a wonderful last stop on a cruise. Did some souvenir shopping right there at the beach jumped in and easy to locate taxi and went back to the ship.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable, but the scenery and tastes of Majorica was a little over hyped. Hard to see from the bus windows and we paid a lot of money for what we got. Luckily there was time after the tour to spend in Palma. Very nice shops and loved walking from town back to the ship

Hop on Hop off bus is a great idea, however our experience was alot of floks got on and rode it all day, keeping the best seats full. Either the hop on / off corporation needs to provide more busses or take teh shuttle into town and explore on your own..with the NCL $50 credit, this tour truned out to be free, so all in all a good value

This was probably the least favorite as we spent too much time on the bus in traffic heading to Valdemossa. We had no time to explore Palma...15 minutes to look at the cathedral from across the street. If we wanted to stay on our own the additional hour before boarding, the shuttle would have been $25.00pp. Seeing as we were not close enough to view anything much, we opted to return to ship with the tour. That hour should have been included for some local sightseeing and a return on the bus
