Ending port Tarragonna, we booked when it was Barcelona. NCL did not care that we had already booked a non refundable air reservations for our return home. Tarragonna was a nightmare, no NCL members to direct passengers on where to proceed.
The ocean was so smooth almost lake like at times. The stewards were wonderful. The food so so. Sailed transatlantic 2018 on the Queen Mary 2 and have already booked another transatlantic on RCL for 2020. Never again will I book another cruise anywhere on NCL. According to many passengers this is also how they felt "never again".

Never again, left passengers in Tarragona instead of Barcelona as booked. No compensation or vouchers for an expensive ride to Barcelona and no NCL crew to direct all passengers on where to go or proceed. Employees of the port helped with assistance. Over 2 hour wait in line for cab, and a walk out of port was miles away. Received robo calls on cabin phone from NCL on their promotions. Seems as though all NCL was interested was $$$ not customer service.
Booked NCL 8 hour tour of Gibraltor and St. Michaels Cave. The tour ended up being 11 hours (30 minute rest stop just before arriving in Gibraltor, seems it was to take unknown to passengers pictures to sell on refridgerator magnets. Arrived and was instructed to meet back at bus at 1:45 to then be directed to small bus that is able to climb the roads up on the rock. Had to wait another 45 minutes (left in bus at 2:30). Another tour guide took us up the rock (he was great). Only was able to stay a short time. as it is 2 hours each way from port. It would have been better to have allowed more time up on rock instead of the 3 + hours in the town which we were all on our own with no directions. We all would have liked to have had time to visit Malaga but had to return to ship.
NCL tour, couldn't get near the castle we were to visit as there was over 1000 people there for a Harry Potter event. Took a ride to town and dropped of (short guided tour around a block). This was an expensive ride as all that it seemed like.
No direction from NCL. A lot of confusion. In line for over 2 hours for a taxi. Shuttle buses there for the Barcelona airport. No directions from NCL, the Tarragona port employees helped with direction. Opinions of MANY "NCL already got their money as the cruise had ended and that is all that mattered $$$$." Cruised many times before, never have I seen such poor communication on any other cruise line. NCL never again!
