We love this prot. We took the Pompei & Sorento trip. Sorento was charming & we plan to spend time there someday. It did rain again off & on that day, but we still enjoyed the day. Our guide was very nice & full of knowledge. Pompei was very sad & interesting.

Naples does not offer a whole lot and is not the best city, but Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius are 20 minutes away and must see's.

Pizza? I think pizza here is not good. I went to De Peppinos and pizza is not as I expected to be the dough is think and the whole pizza experience is not okay.

It took over 2 hours to clear the ship in port so our tour was cut short. The Captain added an hour to our departure time, but the tour was still cut. Then the ship didn't leave till after 9:00 pm with no explaination.

The view of Capri was beautiful. Was not impressed with Pompeii. I was expected more than what I saw.

In Naples, we went out on our own to Capri on one of the ferries that were docked about a ten minute walk from the ship. It cost about $42 RT for each of us which was a little pricey but much less than the ship’s unguided transfer at $100 each. We queued for about 45 minutes to take a small crowded bus up to the town of Anacapri which costs about $6 more each. It was touristy and crowded, but we enjoyed seeing it again.
