We found Naples to be very dirty with also some rough looking areas. While walking only a few minutes from the ship we were approached by a man who tried to grab my husband’s wallet when buying an expresso at a coffee bar. Thankfully we spent most of day touring the Pompeii ruins which was FANTASTIC!!!

Amazing city! I went to Capri and Anacapri. Just that was too hot. I enjoyed very much both cities! The food was delicious and the people were very nice. A lot to see and explore!

We took the excursion to Capri to do as we liked once there. All of our excursions were so action packed we felt that this was a perfect relaxed day. The funicular is only 1.80€ each way to top and the town is easily walkable. The boat ride there was rough and many people were sick - seas were much calmer on return trip.

Loved our private tour through Tours Pompei http://www.tourspompei.com/index.php?lang=en#_=_ as we toured the Amalfi Coast, Positano, lunchg in Sorrento and then a guided tour of Pompei. Excellent!

Be different and ride the metro to Herculaneum if you've already been to Pompeii and Amalfi. Very low cost, and almost as interesting as Pompeii. And of course you've got to have margherita pizza!

Have a plan.........There are a lot of locals when you arrive at this port trying to sell you excursions. We went to Capri by ourselves, it was amazing. But go early and give yourself plenty of time because there are very long queues for everything and the day will just fly by.

Naples, Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, Positano couldn't be more picturesque. Again, we toured on our own and enjoyed the experience immensely.

We did Pompeii with a NCL excursion. Our guide Guido was great. It was a fabulous tour. The walking was rough, this trip is not for people with disabilities.

We loved it. Bustling and exciting. This port has many taxis and tour buses waiting for you when you disembark. You can choose from something on your own and things are walkable from port.
