We did an excursion called "Panoramic Helsinki & Porvoo". We did a bus tour of Helsinki with appropriate photo stops and then went to a coastal village called Porvoo. It was very interesting and full of great shops. We also had a stop at a restaurant for an amazing cup of coffee and their special little cake called a runeberg cake.

Same as Tallinn, just walk off and explore on your own! The island fortress is worth the ferry trip if you have the time.

We walked from the port into th city, which didn’t take very long, and then had a relaxed day drinking to our much wine.

Again we use SPB tours (7 hours Helsinki + Porvoo) and is around US$90 each. Lunch is also provided on this tour and is a Finland style buffet. The tour use a large 50 people tour bus but they only had 20 people on each bus. (I think we had about 6 tours bus from SPB) The reason is if one of the bus broke down, the other bus can pick up the people without waiting for a replacement bus.

Helsinki is beautiful and its people warm. Take a Hop-on/Hop-off and then spend the day just shopping in the market and eating/drinking in a nice courtyard.
