A: There are many ways to get to Senate Square. Taxi or Über or Shuttle bus from Port to City of Helsinki. Not all, albeit most of the Cruise Ships offer a shuttle buses to the City. However, all of the drop-off points are close to Senate Square and everything else in the centre. the most common drop-off point has been Kasarmitori. A: I went to Tallinn with Norwegian and they did have currency exchange. I’m pretty sure Royal Caribbean does as well.
