Review summary

Our 12 day Baltic’s cruise was so enjoyable. With 5 port days in a row though it was tiring, but a once in a lifetime trip.

The service in the main dining room were great. Huge shoutout to Anthony the head waiter. He was always checking everything was ok. He even called my room when we hadn’t been to the main dining room for dinner a few days in a row just to check everything was ok. We went to Chops Grille and Giovanni’s Table and were disappointed with the service in both. The staff here seemed more interested in talking t each other than looking after the customers, which was very different from my previous experiences.

The solarium was always busy,so better get there early and plan to spend the day on sailing days. Outside pool wasn’t used much because the weather wasn’t so good.

Ship tip

Be nice to the girls in the photo studio. Some people speak really awfully to them demanding they take a million photos for their group, even when there is a huge line of others waiting.

We spent three days here before and after the cruise. Enjoyed the city but not in any rush to go back.

A pretty little town with plenty of time here. We walked from the ship all the way to Grenen point and then across to the western side of the area before heading back into Skagen. An enjoyable day.

Beautiful town. We were here for the medieval days festival which made the town exciting.

We did the 2 day Grand tour with Alla tours. Our guide Julia was Incredible and shared many facts. There was a lot to see and we were definitely on the go all the days.

My favorite port in the Baltic’s. It was so beautiful sailing in and out with all the islands and beautiful summer homes.

No excursion needed here. Again the ship was docked close to the city, just a short walk past the little mermaid statue to Nyhaven area.
