Beautiful city terrific scenery- Guggenheim well worth a visit

Walked around both the old and new town. Had lunch at a wonderful café that was out of the way of the main traffic. Great food, service and price.

Again, the free time given on the shore excursion, was not what was stated in the shore excursion description.

The ship's shore excursion was a disappointment. Our view on the bus was obstructed. We were not able to view any of the countryside. However, we were granted a 25% refund, which I felt was not adequate.

If you wand to see Bilbao, then take the shuttle bus rather than a tour - too short a time.
