The wait staff of Cruz and Dave were assigned to us in the Main Dining Room. They were quite courteous, entertaining, and accomodating.

The ship's shore excursion was a disappointment. Our view on the bus was obstructed. We were not able to view any of the countryside. However, we were granted a 25% refund, which I felt was not adequate.
