The secrets of Ravenna was a waste of time unless you are or wish to be a student of mosaics. Finding a place to have lunch was difficult and perhaps would be advisable to return to ship for better value.

The history of this city is amazing and it has so many UNESCO historical sites. If you love history, it's a good place to visit.

This was probably the least enjoyable ports. There was a shuttle into the city but it was 15$ a person, took 30-45 minutes to get into town and from what we had heard there wasn't much else different from say Livorno or Salerno. Also we were only in port that day from 8-3 and we didn't think that was enough time. We didn't think it was worth it. There was a beach and you could get right off the ship and walk along it and a fisherman's pier that went about two miles into the ocean. That was nice but we only got off the ship for a couple hours.
