No tour. Just walked around a shopped souvenir stores near ship.

Streets filled with litter, statues spoiled by graffiti, no tourist-friendly signage, no regard for traffic laws, major quality of life issues - we felt that stopping here was a total waste.

Watch out for scammers! Cab drivers tried to scam multiple couples which was unsettling. Our cab driver quoted one rate and tried to collect $150 more Euros when we finished then had the audacity to ask for a tip!
