The best thing to do in this port was to visit Monte Carlo and Cannes. These two places will not disappoint. In Monte Carlo you experience the wealthy at its best with enormous yachts and sports cars zooming by. In Cannes go to the beach and take a dip in the Mediterrean Sea or simply lay on the beach.

This is one of the most beautiful stops on the cruise there’s so much to do in this port you can tour Nice France you can go to Monaco Monte Carlo but I do suggest you do an excursion or an organized tour for this stop as there’s so much to do. One of the most beautiful stops on our cruise leave early to maximize your time this is a tender stop

Absolutely wonderful, we also had a private driver for this day. And he was amazing, he showed us the F1 Grand Prix circuit. He talked us through what the culture was like, and he knew what he was talking about. He managed to show us Nice,Monte-Carlo and Monaco in the time we had and showed us the best spots and we got to visit them ! It was definitely my favourite place !

Amazing Port. The tinder in was a perfect start. Very easy 10min Train ride to Nice and old town. I don't know why people go to Monaco when Nice has all the charm of the Cote dAzure minus the price tag and Hollywood-esq casinos. We had Rosé along the Promenade De Anglais, explored old town and met up with friends who owned a restaurant near the Port of Nice. A great stop

Lovely port! Took the train to Monaco, Station is an easy walk east along promenade. Trains are frequent but times are very unreliable, many late or just cancelled so beware coming back. Also coming back from Monaco they do not all stop at ville France, some are direct to nice so don't just get on a nice train expecting it to stop at ville France. Monaco is what it is, wandered around using lifts and escalators to avoid the long walks. Preparation for grand Prix spoilt it somewhat. Took train back to ville France for a beer or two on the promenade. Do walk up the hill west from the tender dock to the citadelle and museum, various exhibitions are on in the many rooms and gardens. We didn't do it but if you are a walker we noticed there is a coastal walk up and down steps going west which many people were doing. Not sure how far it went though!
