Lovely town to stroll around and along the promenade. Had coffee and cake on the terrace of the famous Carlton Hotel which was lovely.

Posted initial review under FM247's comment. In addition, this was our least favorite port as it was more for the elite...expensive hotels, expensive yachts, boardwalk, etc. It was nice to visit, but we enjoyed the history of the other ports.

Excellent first experience of France. We grabbed a great taxi driver to give us a tour. We got to see the French Riviera Coast, Nice, a perfume factory, and had lunch in Monaco. Does it get any better?

Loved the port and the excursion. I took an excursion to a couple of old french towns about an hour and half from the port. I visited Seillans and Fayence.

We took the train to Nice and walked around the old town area. We did not know that there is a beach at the end of old town. If you decide to do this, you might want to bring a swimsuit and towel if you would like to get in the water for a bit.

Don't even bother with an excursion here. Great beach right next to the pier, along with good cafes and shopping.

Lots o shopping in Cannes. Found out that most eating establishments weren’t open till noon on the main road. Did not really bothered us, we shopped more. The walking tour was very nice and we worked up a great appetite. Over all, great port......

Our guide took us to a hillside overlooking the French Riviera. We stopped and had crepes. Yum. Then went to Monaco and Monte Carlo where the shopping was wonderful.
