A: They have odd hours, note the further back you go in the casino the more you pay and the nicer you supposedly have to be dressed. Consider renting a car from Budget ($160us) in cannes or book a private driver. I havnt been yet but was really looking... foward to the stops on the French Rivera cliffs.See More
