the Hermitage and Peter and Paul Fortress made the visit worthwhile, however, lots of traffic, terrible immigration process

Gutted that the Silhouette could not dock at St Petersburg because of high winds. It was to be the highlight of our holiday. We had booked a 2 day tour with White Nights tours. The Brittania managed to get in!

Loved the Hermitage and Catherine's Palace. Saw Peterhof Gardens. Should have seen the inside of Peterhof's Palace too.

Spent two days there ended a two-day Excursion. Both days were very long starting at about 6:30 in the morning. But saw so much and it was so memorable. Not for the faint at heart as it's a long day but if you want to get everything in then do it.

We loved our stop in St Petersburg. We did an excursion through NCL and got to see all the highlights. I'd highly recommend doing a guided tour to see the most with the time you have their.
